- Spa condition, water temperature, and water level documentation
- Sanitizer, pH, and total alkalinity testing
- Routine chemistry adjustment under normal conditions
- Surface debris removal and waterline cleaning as needed
- Visible check of the filter, cover, controls, circulation, and accessible equipment
- Recorded readings, completed-work notes, recommendations, and time-stamped photos

Describe the need
The request form captures the spa, property, current condition, access, and timing so we can confirm that a one-time visit is the right fit.

Confirm scope and price
We confirm the expected routine scope and starting price before scheduling. Significant recovery work is quoted separately.

Service and report
The completed visit includes recorded readings, work performed, photos, and any recommended follow-up.

Important service details.
- The starting price applies to one qualifying spa with reasonable access and generally serviceable water.
- Drain-and-refill work, significant cleanup, specialty treatment, replacement products, repairs, and return visits are not included.
- If the water or equipment is not ready for normal use, we document the condition and explain the appropriate next step.
Maintenance-only scope. Maroon Creek Spa Care does not perform repair, electrical, plumbing, gas, or installation work. Visible concerns outside our scope are documented and referred to an appropriately qualified professional.
