Privacy and data practices

Privacy Policy

A plain-language explanation of the information we receive and how we use it to respond to service requests and care for customer properties.

Last updated August 31, 2026

1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to Maroon Creek Spa Care, operated by Aspen Valley Spa Care LLC, and to information received through this website, email, phone, text, and our customer service and property-maintenance activities.

2. Information we may receive

Depending on how you contact or work with us, information may include:

  • Your name, email address, phone number, and preferred contact method.
  • The service address, property type, and authorized property contact.
  • For a portfolio or pool inquiry: company, property and vessel counts, locations, preferred frequency, and start timeframe.
  • Spa make, model, approximate volume, use pattern, water condition, and service history.
  • Parking, snow-access, equipment-area, and water-access information needed to evaluate service.
  • Messages, approvals, scheduling information, service records, and billing-related communications.
  • Photos you choose to send and photos created as part of an authorized service visit.
  • Basic technical logs that a hosting or email provider may process, such as IP address, browser type, device type, requested page, and timestamp.
  • When optional measurement is allowed, advertising referral details such as campaign tags, a Google click identifier, the landing page path, referring website host, and measurement-choice status.

3. How the service-request form works

When you submit the website form, the information is sent directly to Maroon Creek Spa Care and stored in our private business records. We use it to evaluate service fit, route availability, pricing, and the appropriate next step. The confirmation number shows that the request was received; it does not guarantee an appointment or create a service agreement.

4. Information not to provide through the website

Do not enter Social Security numbers, payment-card or bank information, passwords, gate codes, alarm codes, lockbox codes, or other security credentials in the website form or an ordinary email. If sensitive access or payment information is needed, we will arrange an appropriate method separately.

5. How we use information

  • Respond to inquiries and evaluate service fit and route availability.
  • Prepare pricing guidance, proposals, schedules, and customer agreements.
  • Coordinate authorized property access and communicate with designated contacts.
  • Provide, document, improve, and support approved maintenance services.
  • Measure which advertising campaigns result in service requests or clicks on our published business phone number.
  • Maintain business, accounting, safety, service, and legal records.
  • Protect customers, properties, our systems, and our legal rights.
  • Comply with applicable law and respond to lawful requests.

6. Service photos

The website does not currently accept photo uploads. Photos received by email or captured during an authorized visit may be used to evaluate conditions, document completed work, communicate with the designated property contact, and maintain the service history. We do not use customer-property photos for advertising or public promotion without separate permission.

7. Operational email, calls, and texts

If you authorize service-related contact, we may use phone, email, or text to discuss your request, access, scheduling, approvals, visit results, or account. This consent is for operational communication, not promotional marketing. You may withdraw text consent by replying STOP or by contacting us; message and data rates may apply.

8. When information may be shared

We may share only what is reasonably necessary with:

  • Hosting, email, accounting, payment, and optional advertising-measurement providers supporting our operations.
  • An owner, property manager, caretaker, or other contact authorized for the property.
  • Qualified repair or specialty providers when you authorize coordination or disclosure.
  • Government authorities, legal advisers, insurers, or others when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or property.
  • A successor in a merger, sale, or transfer of the business, subject to appropriate handling of the information.

We do not sell personal data. We do not send the contents of the service-request form to Google Ads or use customer-property information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

9. Cookies and conversion measurement

Essential hosting and security systems may use technical data needed to serve and protect the site. Google Ads conversion measurement is optional and stays off until you choose to allow it. You can make or change that choice here or through the optional checkbox on a request form, without a pop-up on the website. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals by keeping measurement off. If you select “Allow conversion measurement,” the site may use browser storage and a Google Ads tag to record that an ad visit resulted in a stored service request or a click on our published business phone number. Campaign tags and Google click identifiers may be stored with a submitted request so we can understand its source. We currently keep Google ad personalization, Google signals, analytics storage, enhanced conversions, and form-field sharing disabled.

If you select “Turn off measurement,” we stop sending our form and phone-click conversion events and clear campaign attribution saved in browser storage. A Google tag already loaded in that page may still send consent-status signals; the tag is not loaded on later visits while measurement is off. Your previous choice is preserved. You can return here through the Privacy Policy link in the website footer at any time.

Conversion measurement is off in this browser. It stays off unless you choose to allow it.

10. Retention and security

We retain information only as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including customer service, accounting, dispute, safety, and legal requirements. Website requests are stored in access-controlled business systems rather than in the public website. We use safeguards appropriate to the size of the business and the information involved, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

11. Your choices and requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with you, or ask questions about our practices. We will verify and respond to a request as required by applicable law. Because some records must be retained for business, safety, tax, contractual, or legal reasons, deletion may not remove every record immediately.

12. Children and policy updates

The website and services are intended for adults arranging property services, not children under 13. We may update this policy as the website or our practices change. The updated date at the top identifies the current version.
