Good to know
Important service details.
- Weekly service is the starting cadence for qualifying residential rentals. Guest turnover or heavy use may call for separately scheduled, quoted visits and checks between visits.
- Pricing is property-specific. Multiple spas, difficult access, and additional work are reviewed before you approve the scope; a portfolio inquiry does not reserve service or set a final price.
- Qualifying low-use private spas may suit twice-monthly care, starting at $250 per month. That schedule is not the default for rentals or shared facilities.
- Drain-and-refill service, replacement filters, specialty treatments, and extra visits are separately approved. We do not promise emergency or 24/7 response.
- Hotels and shared, public, or semi-public amenities need a separate facility-specific assessment. A residential weekly plan is not a substitute for required operational checks.
Maintenance-only scope. Maroon Creek Spa Care does not perform repair, electrical, plumbing, gas, or installation work. Visible concerns outside our scope are documented and referred to an appropriately qualified professional.
