- Controlled draining and basic shell cleaning within the agreed scope
- Filter cleaning and condition check
- Refill from the property’s authorized water source where permitted
- Start-up chemistry, circulation, recorded readings, notes, and photos
A straightforward process
Clear from request to report.
- 01
Confirm water and access
Before scheduling, we confirm an authorized water source, practical drainage, hose access, spa volume, weather, and current local restrictions.
- 02
Complete the reset
The approved purge, drain, cleaning, filter care, and refill are completed in a controlled sequence appropriate for the spa and site.
- 03
Balance and document
Start-up readings and products are recorded. Some spas require later retesting after the new water reaches operating temperature.
Good to know

- We generally recommend a complete drain-and-clean cycle every one to three months depending on use, water condition, and manufacturer guidance.
- The quoted starting price assumes reasonable access, one spa, and normal service conditions.
- Water restrictions, freezing weather, unsuitable drainage, equipment concerns, or contamination can change timing, scope, or price.
Maintenance-only scope. Maroon Creek Spa Care does not perform repair, electrical, plumbing, gas, or installation work. Visible concerns outside our scope are documented and referred to an appropriately qualified professional.
